Expect a clean, safe, reliable, and comfortable ride to a NYS Correctional Facility.

When you choose us for your trip to see your loved one, you are choosing a company that understands how important your visit is. We know that whether this is your first or your 30th visit, it's an emotionally difficult time. We strive to make this best out of your ride so that you can focus on what's important.  

IN ORDER FOR US TO MAINTAIN EFFICIENT, TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, WE ASK THAT YOU CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

RESERVATIONS & PRICES

Reserve your seat now by clicking here or call us at 914-509-1490. Prices are the same, regardless of age.

PAYMENTS

Each customer must submit a payment at least three (3) days prior to the trip date. Payments can be made online or on the phone.

PROPER IDENTIFICATION

Keep in mind, visitors under the age 18 are required to have a birth certificate.

PICK-UPS

See our pickup stops and schedule here. We will arrive at the centralized pick up locations according to the scheduled times and depart 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Although we allow a 10-minute grace period, please plan to arrive at your pick up point early. We will not be held liable for anyone arriving after the grace period, nor will a refund be issued.

NO-SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED  FOR NO-SHOWS, OR IF YOU MISS THE VAN DUE TO YOUR OWN LATENESS AND NEGLIGENCE.

DESTINATIONS

We are continuing to add to our destinations list, suggest some here and check back for updates.

VISITATION DENIAL / EARLY TERMINATION

Our responsibility as a transportation company is to transport you, safely, to and from the prison. We won't be responsible or held liable for denial into any facility or early terminations.  If you are denied access into any prison or your visit is terminated early because of overcrowding or any other reason, you will be responsible for transporting yourself to a safe location until the scheduled departure time. The driver is not authorized to return to any institution prior to the scheduled departure time. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR VISITS THAT ARE TERMINATED EARLY.

VEHICLES

We select the vehicle type (van, bus) depending on the number of reservations we have. All of our vehicles are licensed and insured.

PASSENGER SEATING

Passenger seating is limited. Seats are assigned on a first come, first serve. If you do not have a reservation, you will not be allowed access onto the van or bus. Adults with accompanying children are expected to occupy the seat beside their children. Passengers must occupy the same seat going and returning from the prison.

Per New York State law, all children must be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle, until they reach their 8th birthday - and then from 8 years to 18 years, use a seatbelt whenever they are in a vehicle, regardless of seating position. We don't provide childrens car seats; if you need to use one, please bring one.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation for any reason, however; in order to receive a full refund, you MUST call our office at 914-509-1490 to cancel at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled trip date .  If you do not cancel at least three (3) days prior to your trip,  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

If for any reason, we cancel a trip, you will receive notice from one of our representatives. At that time, you will be notified of the next available trip date.  Trips with less than seven (7) passengers may be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: Payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they meet the criteria of the cancellation policy.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

We will not tolerate disorderly conduct under any circumstance. The following are basis for refusal of future service and removal from the vehicle by the driver or proper authorities:

· Foul or abusive language,

· Endangering yourself or other passengers, 

· or Any other behavior deemed disruptive.

In event of any of the cases stated above, and your are removed fromt the vehicle, it will be your sole responsibility to obtain alternate transportation and your reservation will be deemed terminated. Refunds will not be issued.

ILLEGAL DRUGS / SMUGGLING

The safety and well-being of our passengers is our main concern. We fully cooperates with routine and random drug inspections of our vehicles. If ANY passenger is found with drugs or drug paraphernalia, they will be arrested and detained at the institution. If any drugs or drug paraphernalia are found inside/outside the van, EVERYONE will be denied entrance into the institution, so exercise sound judgment and be cognizant of other passengers.

PLEASE NOTE: If we are denied access due to failure of a drug search, we will NOT issue refunds to any passengers. NO EXCEPTIONS!

INCLEMENT WEATHER
For safety reasons, we maintain the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to inclement weather or if a State of Emergency is declared. Upon the state declaration of a weather emergency, including prohibition of vehicles on highways, we will inform you of trip cancellations. We will also send you a travel voucher redeemable on your next, reserved trip.

ATTIRE

In order to gain access of visitation, you are required to comply with the New York State Department of Corrections dress code policy. Visit NYS Department of Corrections Family Handbook for more information. 

Keep in mind, if you are denied access for visitation, you will be responsible for transporting yourself to a safe location until the scheduled pickup time. The driver is not authorized to return to any institution prior to the scheduled departure time.

SMOKING, EATING, & DRINKING

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on our vehicles. We happily allow light snacks and beverages, but we ask that you remove your trash before exiting the vehicle.
